Boss Terry Skiverton admitted Yeovil's 4-0 defeat at Leeds should serve as a reality check for his over-achieving side.
It was the second time in as many seasons that the Glovers had lost by that scoreline at Elland Road, and it ended a six-match unbeaten league run.
"It was a good reality check for us. There was talk about us doing very well as a club and maybe being in a false position, so it was good to come here and learn a few lessons," Skiverton said.
However, the Town boss urged his side not to dwell on the defeat, he added: "The result was disappointing but before this we've had a great month.
"The last time we came here to defend and lost 4-0. This time we came to attack and still lost 4-0, but Leeds are by far the best team we've come up against this season."
