New Wycombe manager Peter Taylor was impressed by the first week of pre-season training.

Taylor has been joined by two new coaches this summer with the appointment of Junior Lewis and Damien Doyle, and is in positive mood going into their friendly against Flackwell Heath on Friday.

The ex-England coach is pleased with the Chairboys' progress, and told the club's official website: "The attitude has been first class and what has pleased me most is the quality when we've played football.

"The atmosphere is really good, they are all working hard and there's no pressure of results so it should be an enjoyable month as we get everyone ready for the first match against Morecambe."
