Utility-man Michael Gray looks set to extend his contract at Wolves after chief executive Jez Moxey revealed both parties are currently in talks.
The 33-year-old former Sunderland man agreed a one-year deal with boss Mick McCarthy last summer and, after making nearly 40 appearances in both defence and midfield last term, looks set to be rewarded with a fresh offer.
"We are talking to Michael about the possibility of an extension to his contract," Moxey told the club's official website.
"He is out of contract but has been in training and both parties appear keen to do a deal."
Meanwhile, Moxey has also indicated Charlie Mulgrew's future may be away from the club as other teams continue to show a keen interest in the left-back.
