Wolves new boy David Jones admitted team spirit at the club was one of the main reasons he joined the Molinuex side.
The former Manchester United trainee, who joined in a £1million deal from Derby last week, has hailed Mick McCarthy's training mentality and admits he is looking forward to the new season.
Jones told the club's official website: "All the facilities, the staff, the stadium, the owner, the chief executive and manager - they're all top people.
"I haven't really felt the same sort of team bond since I was in a youth team, when it just feels like you are playing with your mates and those sorts of things.
"I can already see there's a great team spirit and I'm looking forward to being part of that. Hopefully we can take that team spirit onto the pitch and show it in our performances."
