West Brom boss Tony Mowbray is aiming to establish the club as a Premier League force after guiding them to their third promotion in six years.
The Baggies were promoted as runners-up in 2002 only to come straight back down and managed just one season of survival before falling after going up second best again in 2004.
But with the club promoted as champions of the second tier for the first time in 97 years this term, Mowbray is aiming for a prolonged spell in the top flight.
He told the club's official website: "We're looking forward to it and one of the biggest things for me in this promotion is that we're not going back into this league to play the same teams again.
"We've got to try to grasp that opportunity, relish the challenge and try to make sure we stay in the Premier League for the foreseeable future.
"That's got to be the challenge - try to cement ourselves as a Premier League club and lose this tag of a club who have been up and down three times in six years."
