Novak Djokovic continued to progress almost unnoticed through the men's draw at Wimbledon as he claimed his place in the quarter-finals with a straight-sets victory over Dudi Sela.

With all of the attention on former champion Roger Federer and British hopeful Andy Murray, the fourth seed has managed to keep a low profile so far in the tournament.

The Serbian seems happy to keep it that way, seeing off the world number 46 from Israel 6-2 6-4 6-1 in just 89 minutes.

Djokovic found himself playing out on Court Three against Sela, and took some time to settle, saving break points in game three of the opening set.

But the 2008 Australian Open winner took advantage of his own break points in game six, and then claimed the set with another break two games later when Sela smashed a forehand into the net.

Djokovic squandered further break points at the start of the second set while the pair then exchanged breaks in the eighth and ninth games and a tie-break looked on the cards.

But the Serbian clinched a two-set lead soon after, and then raced into a 5-0 lead in the third as Sela's game crumbled.

The Israeli held in his next service game, but that left Djokovic serving for the match and the Serbian was gifted the final point on a weak return from Sela.
