Garry Monk insists Swansea will not be getting carried away with their impressive form in recent weeks.
The Swans are unbeaten in nine Championship games and are just two points outside the top six following Saturday's 2-0 win at Scunthorpe.
But skipper Monk is not making any bold predictions as to what Paulo Sousa's side can achieve in their first season under the Portuguese boss.
He told Press Association Sport: "We haven't set any targets, we'll just keeping going as well as we can and look to carry the unbeaten run on.
"It's a crazy league, you win two games and you're right up there and I don't think anyone will run away with it, it's such a tight league."
