Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Lee Grant has urged his side to stop conceding early goals next season.
The Owls narrowly avoided relegation to League One after a 4-1 win over Norwich on the final day of the season.
However, Brian Laws' side went behind in the first 10 minutes in that game and Grant insists they must concentrate more early on if they are to avoid a repeat of this season.
"We've had some stick off of the manager about it and we've probably taken years off him this season," Grant told the club's official website.
"It's something we need to sit down and talk about now the season's finished and we'll try to eradicate that next season because it's not doing us any favours.
"If you look at the stats after we've conceded we've been great so it's just a matter of trying to have the steel and grit right from the start of the game."
