According to England rugby coach Martin Johnson, himself and the England management team are fully accountable for the team's failures after their dismal showing in the Autumn Internationals.

"We are all striving to improve and we know the areas we need to improve on, even before we played the games and we are aware of that," said Johnson. "I think it's an easy shot for people to take, that the coaches did this or that wrong.

"It's my job and our job to help make this team improve and we're accountable and will hold our hands up if we don't do the job and we didn't do it well enough as a team. We will take that together as a group and when we're successful we'll take that together as a group."
