Don Valley Stadium management has officially welco...
Don Valley Stadium management has officially welcomed Rotherham to their new home for at least the next three seasons.
The Millers will base themselves at the Don Valley Stadium for the foreseeable future after new owner Tony Stewart failed to agree a deal with landlord Ken Booth to remain at Millmoor, the club's home since 1907.
A statement read: "Don Valley Stadium is proud to welcome Rotherham United Football Club, for the forthcoming football season.
"Our aim is to make the transition from Rotherham to Don Valley as smooth as possible for both the club and it's fans, and to ensure that Rotherham's stay with us is an enjoyable one for all."
Rotherham are currently working alongside the town council to ensure plans for their new 20,000-seater Community Stadium get the go-ahead.
