Rotherham owner Tony Stewart has insisted their move to the Don Valley Stadium will go ahead.

Last week the Football League issued a statement saying the club had not yet applied for permission to use the ground next season and the club were therefore still suspended from the League.

However, the Millers have confirmed their official application will be submitted once their administration process has been finalised in the next few days.

Stewart told the Sheffield Star: "I'm happy that everything is in sequence and that the administrator and the solicitor have got things in hand."

The club has already sold over 1,000 season tickets in the first four days of them going on sale for the Don Valley stadium but the club have agreed the money will be held in trust until the club exits administration.
