Rotherham manager Mark Robins is looking forward to building for next season after a difficult campaign ended with a 1-0 win over Barnet.

With their financial troubles now apparently settled, The Millers finished with a victory thanks to Jamie Green's strike.

Robins said: "I think the players deserve a huge pat on the back for the way they have come through the last few weeks, ending the season with four straight wins.

"Barnet came and had a real go. I think we controlled the first half but it was the same old story of this season that we should have had three or four goals before they had a chance.

"The season promised a lot but then did not deliver, through no fault of our own."
