Port Vale have announced a new two-year shirt sponsorship deal with Harlequin Properties.

The agreement, which was revealed at the launch of the club's new home and away kits, also contains the option of a third year, along with a promotion bonus if the club return to League One at the first time of asking.

Basildon-based Harlequin sell hundreds of millions of pounds worth of luxury property at five-star spa resorts in the Caribbean and other top tourist destinations around the world.

Chairman Bill Bratt said: "We are delighted to attract a high-profile international company to be our main sponsors. Harlequin have made a two-year commitment and this continuity amounts to our best ever sponsorship.

"Coming so soon after we announced record season tickets sales, securing a prestigious backer is another positive sign that the club is moving forward again."

Meanwhile, two Vale fixtures for the forthcoming season have been moved. The club's away clash at Chester will now played on Sunday October 19 (12 noon k/o) and the home encounter against Lincoln will be on Friday February 20 (7.45pm k/o).
