Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson is looking forward to the challenge of facing Bristol City in the Carling Cup first round.
In being drawn against the Robins at Ashton Gate, Peterborough have been handed one of the toughest ties at this stage of the competition.
However, Ferguson believes his side are capable of making life difficult for their Coca-Cola Championship opponents.
"It is going to be difficult and it is one that I wouldn't have picked but you have to get on with it, and on our day we can give anyone a game," Ferguson told the club's official website.
"We showed that last season, so we can only look forward to the game.
"We had Championship teams last season and we certainly didn't disgrace ourselves. We beat Southampton in round one and I felt we were unlucky against West Brom in the second round."
