Peterborough manager Darren Ferguson is targeting "two or three" loan signings from the Premier League as he looks to build a squad capable of succeeding in League One next season.
Posh scored over 100 goals in all competitions this year and Ferguson does not believe that he needs many new faces to challenge next year.
He told the Evening Telegraph: "I'm not in the situation I was last year when I needed to sign several players in a hurry. I am very happy with my current squad, but two or three quality additions would give us a great chance of winning promotion again.
"I may bring one or two players in on loan from Premier League clubs. I know the players I want and I've spoken to a couple of managers, but there is no rush and I certainly won't panic if we don't complete deals straight away.
"The players concerned are young and hungry which fits in with a transfer policy that has served us well.
"A right-back is my priority, but I'm after a winger and a midfielder as well."
