Northampton have signed striker Leon Constantine from Leeds on a free transfer.
The 30-year-old arrived at Elland Road from Port Vale last summer but struggled with injury - including a broken arm - and went to Oldham on loan in March.
Constantine has scored 81 goals in 199 career starts and 46 substitute appearances.
"He's a centre forward with a physical presence and a proven goalscoring record at this level," boss Stuart Gray told the club's official website.
"Full credit to Leon, he could have sat on his contract at Leeds but he has got a great attitude, he is hungry to play football and he wants to get his career kick-started again. His goals to games ratio is very good and hopefully he can produce that for us.
"There were a lot of clubs in for him but I've got a good relationship with his agent and we've done a deal."
