New signing Andrew Cave-Brown is determined to make the most of the chance given to him by Leyton Orient.

The 19-year-old Scottish defender was limited to just two first-team appearances at Norwich and was released at the end of the season, but is now relishing the prospect of regular football.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for me and I hope to repay the faith the manager has shown in me by getting in the team and giving good performances," Cave-Brown said.

"I'm definitely looking forward to the prospect of more first-team football. I hope to perform well when I get my chance and stake a claim for a place in the team.

"It will be good to learn off Stephen Purches this season as he is a great player, but I'll be fighting for that place too and I'm sure he'll enjoy the competition."

Meanwhile, former Os striker Jabo Ibehre has joined League One rivals Walsall.
