Norwich majority shareholder Delia Smith claims she has no regrets about giving club legend Bryan Gunn the manager's job at Carrow Road despite seeing the Canaries relegated at Charlton.
The Carrow Road club must now prepare for their first season in the third tier since 1960 and the irony of three teams falling into League One four years after they were all in the Premier League was not lost on the celebrity chef.
"He (Gunn) has given his best," Smith said. "He is very enthusiastic and we know him well - so there are no regrets on that front."
She added: "What I do regret is how football has sold itself to money. Now there is one rich league and the rest of us are scrabbling around."
