Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll revealed the return to fitness of defenders Adam Lockwood and Byron Webster meant he had no need to shop in the loan market.
Lockwood, sidelined since late September with two fractured bones in his foot, and Webster, out since early October due to a shoulder injury, have been back in full training and are ready to return to first-team action.
O'Driscoll said: "The two centre-halves have trained all week. They played in a training game against Barnsley midweek and we are as strong as we can be at this minute in time.
"We haven't really had anything in the pipeline this week and we were probably more concerned about keeping our own players, rather than looking to bring anybody in.
"The centre-half situation was initially a worry but Byron and Adam trained all week and are now back in contention, which is good news for us."
