Paul Ifill was on target as Crystal Palace continued their pre-season preparations with a 1-1 draw at Crawley Town on Monday night.

The winger slid in Shaun Derry`s cross in the first half, but Palace were pegged back by a Thomas Pinault penalty after the break.

Eagles boss Neil Warnock handed debuts to goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan and defender Johannes Ertl while fellow summer signings Nick Carle and Paddy McCarthy got another run-out.

Midfielder Ben Watson was also included despite speculation linking him with a move away from Selhurst Park.
