Coventry boss Chris Coleman has expressed his delight after defender Marcus Hall signed a new 12-month deal with the club.

Hall signed up for what will be his 12th season with the Sky Blues on Wednesday and Coleman believes his experience could be vital next term.

He told the club's official website: "Marcus is a Coventry lad, he's a fans' favourite and we're delighted he'll be back with us next season.

"He's got bags of experience and you need that in any side.

"He's Coventry City through and through and will be a valuable member of our squad next season."
