Chester boss Simon Davies has tipped new recruit Damien Mozika to take League Two by storm this season.

City last week completed the signing of the former Nancy midfielder, 22, on a two-year-deal.

He was released by the Ligue 1 side when his contract expired at the end of June but was offered a trial by the Blues and impressed Davies.

Davies said: "I feel he's got more than enough for this division.

"He's a strong lad and manages to break up the play in midfield. I think he'll be a massive asset to us because he plays a simple game that nobody else seems to do.

"Damien can stop the opposition, he holds up play, and he just passes simple and lets the team play. Everything about him is geared up to working hard and playing well for us."
