Cardiff have signed midfielder Mark Kennedy on a one-year contract.

The former Crystal Palace and Republic of Ireland international will add depth to Jones' squad.

The experienced left-sided midfielder can operate out wide but has also played in a central position and has made over 300 league appearances, scoring 32 goals.

He will train with the squad for the remainder of the week and will be available for the pre-season fixtures against Carmarthen and Merthyr.
