Bury manager Alan Knill is expecting a raft of transfer activity next week as he looks to bolster his squad with three new signings.
There have been no official transfer announcements yet but Knill is expecting two deals to go through imminently - and a third may not be far behind.
Knill is in advanced talks with a centre-back and a midfielder and is also closing on a move for a striker.
He told the club's official website: "Monday will be busy in the press office, I have spoken to the centre-half and done the deal for the centre half,
"We have done the deal for the midfielder and over the weekend we will sort the other bits out so that hopefully either Monday or Tuesday they will put pen to paper.
"The striker is ongoing, but we're close. That's nearly all sorted."
