Burnley have parted company with Jon Harley after failing to agree terms on a new deal with the former Chelsea defender.
Left-back Harley, 28, was one of five players offered a new contract by manager Owen Coyle at the end of the season.
However, Harley turned down the offer and Coyle said: "We offered John a new deal and unfortunately we cannot agree terms.
"Subsequently, he will be moving on and we wish him well in his career elsewhere."
Harley, who joined Burnley from Sheffield United in August 2005, made 126 appearances for the Coca-Cola Championship outfit, scoring three goals.
