Brentford have made their seventh summer signing after Yeovil midfielder Marvin Williams joined the League Two out for an undisclosed fee.

The former Millwall trainee, 20, has penned an initial one-year deal and will begin pre-season training with his new team-mates on Monday.

Bees boss Andy Scott told the club's official website: "Marvin is another player that I've been tracking for a while.

"I watched him several times the season before last when he was at Millwall and he's quick, direct and can play either wide on the right or up front.

"He's a young lad with a lot of potential and hopefully he can progress with us."
