Barnet manager Ian Hendon has fitness doubts over Ryan O'Neill and Joe Devera ahead of the FA Cup tie with Darlington.
O'Neill missed last weekend's defeat at Chesterfield with an ankle injury while Devera picked up a thigh strain.
The right-backs are both doubtful, so Hendon may have to recall Clovis Kamdjo to the back four.
Plymouth have given on-loan winger Yanick Bolasie permission to play in the competition and he will play on the left, with Albert Adomah on the right.
The club are still waiting to hear whether Adomah has accepted their offer of a new three-year contract as he looks to recapture the form which has made him a target for numerous Championship clubs.
John O'Flynn came off the bench at Saltergate and will hope to have done enough to replace Jake Hyde alongside veteran Paul Furlong in attack.
